taurus man how to confront him?

dated a taurus guy for a month then we broke up cuz he said he is leaving for a couple of weeks n doesnt want long distance... he hAD to leave 19th dec still hasnt left.....n its the 23rd now... n he wants to be my frnd n all but now i am getting pissed off cuz we still hang out n he hasnt left but he broke up with me cuz he had to leave.... how do i confront this without dissing him cuz i wanna get back with him too... but then y try to be frndz with me~!!! and as for wanting me back he said we will tLK when he comes back in january
